Here is something I have been doing for the last 3 weeks: dedicating days to different projects.

Day Project
Monday $dayjob
Tuesday $dayjob
Wednesday $dayjob
Thursday $nightjob+others
Friday $nightjob+others
Saturday ?
Sunday ?

Knowing exactly what I have to do for the first three days of the week help with my mood tremendously.

On Thursday, I have a call with my boss/customer, where we review what went well and what went wrong.

This helps building a sense of progress; in my opinion, this is the closest I have been to a “winning formula” at freelancing.

On other days, though, it’s a bit messier…

I’m still working out how to dedicate these days.

Also, I’m working on improving my happiness, and I believe that having 1 fun-day might help (e.g. going out to visit museums and eat sandwich)

Anyway! My next step, now that I have a consistent work output, will be to reduce my expenses.
